In this final week of our James series, Pastor Eric looks at the challenging words from James' fifth chapter. We look at patience, words, prayer, and evangelism. James is really a book packed with relevant information for us as individuals and as a church family.
This week, Pastor Eric Hedberg continues with the series on James, looking at James, chapter 4. He highlights the importance of repentance, drawing near to God, as God draws near to us. An important verse throughout the whole sermon is verse 17, "If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them." (NIV). Both sins of omission, and sins of commission require repentance and humbly asking for forgiveness.
