The majority of the sermon time this week was dedicated to recapping the Youth Conference from the previous week… CHIC, where 13 youth and leaders from Emmanuel and Green Timbers joined 5,700 other students from around the world to worship, to learn, to pray, to serve, to build relationships, and to have a whole lot of fun. One parable was read as well, the Parable of the Persistent Widow, which reminds us the importance of prayer, always.
