One of the greatest comforts in Christian faith is the promise that we are not alone, that we are part of God’s great cloud of witnesses here on the Earth. As such, our church is affiliated with a local, inter-denominational network of churches across the South Surrey/White Rock peninsula. We have a long history of partnering with local churches in order to bless our community whether it be through enrichment programs like marriage workshops or awareness events about community issues like drugs and gangs or even our annual community camp fair to help children and families plan their summers.
Additionally, we are also affiliated with a denominational family called the Evangelical Covenant Church. A movement of more than 800 churches in the United States and Canada which began in 1885 and who are deeply committed to Jesus Christ and passionately engaged in pursuing His mission throughout the world.
It is from this affiliation that we also adopt our six core beliefs or covenant affirmations as a faith family, the purpose of which is to make clear the values and principles that have guided us since our founding as a local church in 1987.
