As we begin this new year it is important not to allow the hope and joy and peace of Christmas fade away as we return to our regular lives. Celebrating Christmas is easy, it’s expected, it’s all around us. Living as Christmas people, and doing the real work of Christmas is harder. Over these next two months we’ll be looking, week by week, at what it means to be Christmas people.
Towards the end of the sermon we spent some time in prayer just listening. As you get to that part of the sermon, I invite you to also hear these questions and listen for God’s voice.
