Second Sunday in Lent

[column width=”1/1″ last=”true” title=”” title_type=”single” animation=”none” implicit=”true”]

Lent is a season for us to step back and reorient ourselves towards God, to recognize who God is in our lives and in the world, and to be reminded of how God values us and values the world.

This second Sunday of Lent we looked at the idea of maps, which are helpful only when pointing us towards the Father. When we get too bogged down in our maps, whatever they may be, to be distracted from where the maps are pointing us to, a relationship with Jesus Christ, then we get in to trouble.

Preacher: Pastor Eric Hedberg
Texts: John 3:1-17, Romans 4:1-5, 13-17
